Personalised Birth & Parenting Education in the Comfort of Your Home

Prefer a more personal approach? Our Sydney based Private Birth & Parenting Classes offer a calm, supportive alternative to group workshops - delivered face-to-face in the comfort of your own home. Perfect for those with busy schedules, weekend work, or who simply prefer a more intimate setting, these private sessions cover the same trusted content as our group workshops, with the flexibility to focus on what matters most to you.

We recommend two 4-hour sessions for our full Childbirth & Parenting class, or a single 4-hour session if you're planning a caesarean birth. You’ll receive the same helpful inclusions - including a detailed information folder and 12 months of access to our online program — and we will tailor the session to your needs, even offering guidance on nursery setup and your baby essentials list while in your home.

Health fund rebates may be available. As these sessions are one-on-one, availability is limited so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred date. Pricing is available on enquiry.

Planning to learn alongside friends? We offer a discount for small group bookings held in the same location/home.

When to Attend

The ideal time to attend our antenatal classes is around 30 weeks pregnant, though anywhere between 26 and 34 weeks is perfectly suitable.

Due to high demand and limited spots, we recommend booking from 20 weeks to secure your preferred date.

What our clients say...

5 Stars Review

I regularly refer my clients to Sarah...

Sarah has earned an excellent reputation for her skill and knowledge in the clinical setting and is renowned as a gifted teacher.

I regularly refer my clients to Sarah and they have, without exception, found her to be kind, patient, practical and extremely helpful at a time when they felt nervous and lacking in confidence in their important new role of motherhood.

I can highly recommend Sarah Tooke to any woman who is seeking antenatal classes and/or expert assistance with her new baby.

We cannot thank you enough!

Your knowledge, expertise, professionalism and topics covered were above and beyond but everything was very informative and important.

The insight you provided on what to expect and knowing how my partner can assist with the birth will certainly help us a lot with the labour but more importantly what to do after the birth, when we take the baby home! We still learnt and gained so much from you even though we had done our own research as well.

You covered extremely valuable topics which no other hospital experience provides! This was the most helpful thing I have done in this wonderful adventure!"

My partner and I were greatly impressed...

My partner and I were greatly impressed by the quality childbirth and parenting education Sarah provided us. She made us feel at ease from the start and her teaching style can best be described as interactive and supportive. We liked the way she incorporated theory and backed this up by her own personal experience as a parent and registered nurse. We are extremely grateful we met Sarah and as a result have been able to build our confidence and put into practice her teaching. I’d have no hesitation in highly recommending her.
