Feel calm, confident & ready for birth.

Join our popular Caesarean & Parenting Classes

If you know you’ll be having a planned caesarean, this specialised workshop is made with you in mind.

Led by two experienced midwives, our sessions are interactive, informative, and tailored to help you feel confident and prepared for what’s ahead - both in hospital and once you're home.

Held in Crows Nest from 5–9pm, this shorter evening format fits easily into your schedule while still covering everything you need to know.

To help you feel supported beyond the session, all in-person bookings include complimentary access to our Caesarean Birth & Parenting Online Program - a comprehensive resource valued at $375, available for you to revisit anytime.

When to Attend

The ideal time to attend our antenatal classes is around 30 weeks pregnant, though anywhere between 26 and 34 weeks is perfectly suitable.

Due to high demand and limited spots, we recommend booking from 20 weeks to secure your preferred date.

What our clients say...

5 Stars Review

We found it so helpful and informative.

My husband and I attended Sarah’s caesarean birth class ahead of having our first baby. We found it so helpful and informative.

We walked out of there feeling a lot less daunted about not only the C-Section procedure but he first six weeks with baby as well. Would highly recommend this course.

We highly recommend Sarah!

My husband and I recently did Sarah’s planned caesarean course.

We highly recommend Sarah – she was very informative, had practical tips and where necessary explained the science/evidence behind it all.

It was engaging and the catering was yummy too.

5 Stars Review

Very informative for first time parents.

Sarah takes you through the birthing/ C-Section process in hospital and what to expect so you wont be too overwhelmed on the actual day.

Also goes through basics of looking after a baby with hands on experience on dolls so you can give it a go yourself.

Highly recommend for first time parents.
